Return Window

We offer a 14-day return or replacement window from the date you receive your item.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements if one of the following applies:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item or wrong size was sent

  • The order did not arrive (confirmed via tracking)

To be eligible, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings

  • Delays caused by customs clearance or courier services

  • Sale items or gift cards


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • In many cases, a return will not be required, and an alternative resolution will be offered


Refunds & Resolutions

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  1. Replacement item

  2. Store credit

  3. Refund to the original payment method

Refunds are issued only after verification of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, excluding bank processing time.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped after verification.
For size or preference changes, a new order must be placed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.


European Union Customers (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may request a cancellation or return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
