SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship primarily to the United States. Additional destinations may be added at our discretion.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and handover to the shipping carrier. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to supplier constraints.
SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery times to the United States are as follows:

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, destination, and external factors beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email when available.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear and may not update in real time depending on the carrier.
Tracking confirmation constitutes evidence of shipment and delivery for verification and dispute purposes.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. d1r7k0n.industries does not control or collect customs duties and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to address errors may not be eligible for refund.
DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other force majeure events.
LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
If tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or alternative resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, refusal, or address issues, the carrier may return or discard the package.
Such orders may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
